Visa: card deposits and withdrawals
Visa is the most widespread card network in Europe, so for many players it is the default way to deposit. Whether Valmo accepts Visa on your account, and whether withdrawals to a Visa card are possible, is shown in the cashier.
Payment methods and limits depend on the account — check the cashier. We do not publish Valmo's minimums, fees or processing times, because they cannot be verified from a public source and may differ on your account.
Deposit with Visa
- Choose card payment in the cashier and enter your Visa details.
- Enter the amount.
- Confirm with your bank's 3D Secure check (banking app or SMS code).
Card details are entered into the payment provider's form. Check that the page is on an encrypted connection.
Withdrawal to Visa
Some operators pay out to the same Visa card, others only by bank transfer. A withdrawal to a card can take longer than a deposit, because it travels through the card network. If card payouts are not available, a bank transfer to an account in your name is usually offered.
Why a card payment may be declined

Debit or credit
With a Visa debit card you spend your own money; with a credit card, borrowed money. Some banks add a fee to gambling transactions on credit cards or treat them as cash advances. If you feel you need credit to play, that is a warning sign — see Responsible gambling.
A message template for support
If money has left your card but not reached the account, write: account ID, the last four digits of the card (never the full number), amount, date and time. Attach a screenshot of the card statement. Never send the full card number or CVC — no support team needs them.
Illustrative example
A player deposited with Visa, but at withdrawal found that the account paid out only by bank transfer. They had to add a bank account and send proof that it was in their name, and the payout was delayed by a couple of days. Checking the withdrawal options in the cashier before the first deposit would have saved that time.
