Depositing at Valmo: five steps and one pause before confirming
Depositing is technically simple, but the choices made here — method, bonus, amount — decide how easy it is to withdraw later. Below are the steps and the places worth pausing.

Five steps
- Log in and open the cashier. Choose "Deposit".
- Choose among the deposit methods. Think ahead: withdrawals often go back to the method you deposited with.
- Enter the amount. The cashier shows the minimum deposit.
- Decide on the bonus. If a bonus is pre-selected and you do not want it, untick it.
- Confirm and complete the payment in your bank, card or wallet environment.
The pause before confirming
Before the final button, check three things: amount, method and the bonus tick-box. Take a screenshot. If a question later arises about whether a bonus was activated, that screenshot is your only independent evidence.
If the money does not arrive

Instant deposit — usually, not always
Card, open-banking and wallet deposits usually arrive quickly; bank transfers can take longer. If a deposit marked as instant has not arrived after a reasonable wait, check your bank first, then contact support.
Minimum deposit and the bonus
Activating a bonus often requires a minimum deposit that may be higher than the cashier's general minimum. Check both numbers before confirming.
Link your deposit to your withdrawal
Before choosing a method, think about where you want money returned. If you deposit with a method that cannot receive withdrawals (such as a prepaid card), another method will be offered for payout and may need extra verification. See the withdrawal guide.
A limit before the first deposit
Set a deposit limit before the first payment. Lowering a limit usually applies at once, raising it after a wait. See Responsible gambling.
Illustrative example
A player made a first deposit and only later noticed that a bonus had been pre-selected in the cashier. They played for a couple of hours, won and wanted to withdraw — the withdrawal was locked by wagering. Support offered to remove the bonus, but part of the winnings would go with it. A screenshot before confirming and unticking the box would have avoided it.
