Withdrawing from Valmo: statuses, reasons and next steps
The withdrawal is where a player's rights are really tested. This page helps you understand what each status means, why a payout may be delayed and when to move from support questions to a formal complaint.
Payment methods and limits depend on the account — check the cashier. We do not publish Valmo's minimums, fees or processing times, because they cannot be verified from a public source and may differ on your account.
How to withdraw
- Make sure verification is complete.
- Check whether any bonus wagering is still outstanding.
- Open the cashier, choose "Withdraw" and a method.
- Enter the amount and confirm. Save the request date and ID.
Statuses and what they mean
| Status | What it usually means | Your step |
|---|---|---|
| Requested / pending | The operator has not processed the request yet | Wait for the time stated in the terms |
| Under review | Account or documents being checked | Answer document requests quickly |
| Approved / processing | Money is on its way to the method | Watch your bank account |
| Rejected | The request did not go through | Ask for the reason in writing |
Common reasons a pending withdrawal stalls
- Verification is incomplete or a document was unreadable.
- Bonus conditions are not met.
- The withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.
- The amount exceeds a single-withdrawal limit.
- The operator is running anti-money-laundering checks on transactions.
Waiting time: when to ask and when to complain
The terms usually state how long the operator takes to process a request. Until that time has passed, waiting is reasonable. Once it has and the status has not moved, ask support in writing for the reason. If no reason is given or it does not match the terms, file a formal complaint under the operator's procedure.
Beyond the operator
After the operator's final reply you can turn to the regulator named in the licence, or an ADR body if the licence provides one. For readers in Estonia with an EMTA-listed operator, that is the Tax and Customs Board. The order and a letter template are on Complaints.
Reversing a withdrawal
Some accounts let you cancel a pending withdrawal and return the money to your balance. Convenient, but it can pull you back into playing. If you want to avoid that, ask support whether reversal can be switched off.
Illustrative example
A player requested a withdrawal and the status stayed "pending" for five days. Support replied each time that it was being processed. The player then wrote asking for the specific reason and the clause of the terms. The reply revealed that proof of card ownership was missing. Once the document was sent, the withdrawal moved. A specific question produced a specific answer.
