Crypto payments: networks, addresses and evidence
Casinos that accept crypto usually list several coins — bitcoin, ethereum and stablecoins such as USDT among them. Each may be available on more than one network, and that is where most crypto payment mistakes happen. Whether Valmo accepts crypto on your account, and which coins, is shown in the cashier.

Stablecoins versus volatile coins
A stablecoin such as USDT aims to track the dollar, so its value moves less than bitcoin's or ethereum's. It still carries its own risks and network fees, and converting it to euros adds a rate. Volatile coins can gain or lose value between deposit and withdrawal.
Deposit
- Choose the coin in the cashier and the network. The network must match your wallet.
- Copy the deposit address and check its first and last characters.
- Send from your wallet and wait for network confirmations.
A wrong network or wrong address usually means the funds are lost. It cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal
For withdrawals you enter your own wallet address — check it twice. If the operator keeps the account in euros, the payout involves conversion and the rate may differ from the deposit rate. A network fee may apply.

Why crypto payments are harder to dispute
With a bank payment you have a bank that documents the transaction. With crypto, your only proof is the transaction hash on the blockchain. Save it for every payment. If funds do not appear, give support the hash and the address you sent to.
Verification still applies
Paying in crypto does not exempt you from account verification. The operator may also ask about the source of funds. If you use an exchange, keep its statements.
Illustrative example
A player sent USDT from a wallet but chose a different network in the cashier than in the wallet. The funds reached the blockchain but not the casino account. Support asked for the transaction hash and promised to investigate, but recovery was not guaranteed. Before a larger payment, send a small test amount and confirm the network and address.
