Paysafecard: easy to deposit, harder to withdraw
Paysafecard is a prepaid voucher: you buy a card or code and pay with its 16-digit PIN. You do not give the casino any bank or card details. That makes depositing simple and private, and withdrawing more complicated. Whether Valmo accepts Paysafecard on your account is shown in the cashier.
Payment methods and limits depend on the account — check the cashier. We do not publish Valmo's minimums, fees or processing times, because they cannot be verified from a public source and may differ on your account.
Deposit
- Choose Paysafecard in the cashier and enter the amount.
- Enter the PIN.
- Confirm. The money usually arrives immediately.
Keep the receipt until the money is in your account — it is the only proof the code was yours.
Withdrawal
Money cannot be paid back to a prepaid voucher, so withdrawals go by another method, usually bank transfer. The operator may then ask for extra verification: the bank account holder and proof that the Paysafecard deposits were yours.
Verification before withdrawing
If you have deposited only with Paysafecard, add a bank account early and complete verification before the first withdrawal, so winnings do not wait behind documents.
Safety
Never share your PIN. If anyone asks for a Paysafecard code as a "tax" or to "release winnings", it is a scam. No legitimate casino asks for a prepaid code to pay you.
| Feature | Paysafecard |

| Verification | Extra proof may be needed |
Illustrative example
A player used only Paysafecard and won. At withdrawal, bank details and proof that the vouchers were theirs were requested. Receipts had been kept for only two of five codes, so the check took longer. Keep receipts at least until the first withdrawal.
A message template for support
If the PIN does not work or the money is not showing, write: account ID, the last four digits of the PIN, amount and where you bought it. Attach a photo of the receipt. Never paste the full PIN into an open chat.
When Paysafecard suits you
Paysafecard suits players who want to spend only a fixed, prepaid amount. It works as a natural limit: when the voucher is used up, a new one has to be bought. You will still need a bank account for withdrawals.
