Mastercard: card deposits and withdrawals
Mastercard works much like Visa in a casino cashier: card details go into a payment form and your bank confirms the payment. Whether Valmo accepts Mastercard on your account, and whether it can pay back to the card, is shown in the cashier.
Payment methods and limits depend on the account — check the cashier. We do not publish Valmo's minimums, fees or processing times, because they cannot be verified from a public source and may differ on your account.
Deposit with Mastercard
- Choose card payment and enter your Mastercard details.
- Enter the amount.
- Confirm with your bank's authentication (Mastercard Identity Check / 3D Secure).
Withdrawal to Mastercard
Where card payouts are supported, money goes back to the same card and may take longer than the deposit. Where they are not, you will be asked for a bank account in your name. Adding that account early avoids a delay at the first withdrawal.
Why a card payment may be declined

Debit or credit
With a Mastercard debit card you spend your own money; with a credit card, borrowed money. Some banks add a fee to gambling transactions on credit cards or treat them as cash advances. If you feel you need credit to play, that is a warning sign — see Responsible gambling.
A message template for support
If money has left your card but not reached the account, write: account ID, the last four digits of the card (never the full number), amount, date and time. Attach a screenshot of the card statement. Never send the full card number or CVC — no support team needs them.
Evidence
Keep the card statement and the cashier transaction ID. If money left the card but did not reach the account, contact support first. Disputing the payment through your bank is a last step with its own conditions — discuss it with your bank.
