Three clauses behind most disputes

  1. Wagering requirement. How many times the bonus (sometimes the deposit too) must be staked before it becomes withdrawable. See wagering requirements.
  2. Maximum bet. While playing with bonus money there is often a cap on a single stake. Exceeding it is the most common reason winnings are voided.
  3. Excluded games and contribution. Not all games count equally towards wagering; some do not count at all.

Should you take a bonus at all?

Bonus money and withdrawal order

When the account holds both real money and bonus money, the terms state which is used first for bets. Usually your own money goes first and the bonus afterwards, but some operators do the opposite.
