Reload bonus: a bonus for players who have already played
A reload bonus is a deposit bonus for existing players on a later deposit. It may be a weekly reload, tied to a specific day or sent as a personal offer by email. The mechanics resemble the welcome bonus, but the reload terms are often different, and those differences cause confusion.

Two bonuses at once
Often only one bonus can be active. If you are still wagering a welcome bonus and activate a reload, the operator may queue the new one or cancel the old one. Ask in writing how Valmo handles this before activating.
Personal offers by email
If you receive a personal reload offer by email, keep the message. If the offer does not activate as promised, the email is your evidence. Also check the sender address: fake offers are a common phishing route.
Illustrative example: how the dispute starts and how to avoid it
A player received a reload offer by email, deposited, but no bonus appeared. The offer required a code in the cashier, mentioned in small print. Support added the bonus because the player sent a screenshot of the email straight away and had not started playing. Had they played first, adding the bonus afterwards would have been far less likely.
