Promo codes: where they come from and where to enter them
A promo code or bonus code is a word or string that unlocks a specific offer. A code may be public (on a promotions page) or personal (in an email). We do not publish Valmo promo codes here, because they change and the valid code is always in the operator's own channels.
Bonus size, percentage and validity depend on the account and the date. We do not publish Valmo's offer figures because they change — the current offer is in the cashier and the bonus terms.
Where official codes come from
- Valmo's promotions page or cashier.
- A personal email or account notification.
- The sign-up form, if the offer is tied to opening an account.
If a code comes from a forum, social media or a site promising an "exclusive" code, check its validity in the operator's terms. Many such codes have expired or never existed.
How to activate: where to enter the code
- At registration: the form often has a "promo code" or "bonus code" field.
- When depositing: the cashier has a code field before confirmation.
- In the promotions section: some codes are activated separately.
Enter the code before confirming the deposit. A code added afterwards may not be counted.

If the code did not activate
Contact support straight away, not after playing. Attach a screenshot of the code's source and the deposit confirmation. If you have already played without the bonus, the operator may refuse to add it retroactively.
Illustrative example: how the dispute starts and how to avoid it
A player found a code in a social media post, entered it and deposited, but no bonus came. The code had expired a month earlier. Support declined to add the bonus because the code was not valid at the time of deposit. Checking the code on Valmo's promotions page would have saved the dispute and left the deposit free of restrictions.
