General bonus terms: clauses that apply to every offer
Every offer has its own terms, but most operators also have general bonus rules that apply to all offers at once. They are rarely read, even though they hold the clauses an operator cites most often in a dispute. Here those clauses are grouped so you can work through Valmo's document quickly.
Bonus size, percentage and validity depend on the account and the date. We do not publish Valmo's offer figures because they change — the current offer is in the cashier and the bonus terms.

Irregular play
The terms may prohibit, for example, sharply raising stakes right after activating a bonus, low-risk bets on both colours in roulette, or playing only excluded games. These clauses are often worded broadly. If you are unsure whether your style fits, ask in writing first.
Can the terms change?
The operator may update the terms, but an activated bonus is generally governed by the version valid at activation. That is why a screenshot of the terms is worth taking. If the operator cites a new version, ask when it took effect.
If a bonus was cancelled
- Ask in writing for the specific clause.
- Compare it with the version valid at activation.
- If the reason does not match the terms, file a formal complaint.
- If the reply does not satisfy you, contact the regulator named in the licence.

Illustrative example: how the dispute starts and how to avoid it
The operator voided a player's winnings, citing irregular play: after activating the bonus the player raised stakes tenfold and played a single game with full contribution. The terms had a clause banning "sharp increases in stakes". The dispute ended in the operator's favour. If a clause seems vague, ask how it is interpreted before playing.
