VIP programme: rewards that come with strings
A VIP or loyalty programme rewards players who play more. Typically you collect comp points on bets, points raise your level, and higher loyalty levels bring bigger rewards: higher VIP cashback, faster withdrawal handling, a personal manager or special offers. The programme may be open or invitation-only.

VIP status and disputes
A higher level may mean faster service but does not change your basic rights: the terms and complaints procedure apply the same way. If a personal manager promises something not in the terms, ask for it in writing. A spoken promise is not evidence.
VIP and how much you play
A loyalty programme exists to keep players playing. If you notice you play so your level does not drop, or the manager offers bonuses more often than you would like, that is a signal. You have the right to decline offers and set limits.

A personal manager promised a player a faster withdrawal and a special bonus over the phone. When the withdrawal was delayed and no bonus came, the player had nothing to show. From then on they asked for every promise by email. The next time a promise went unkept, they could point to the email and support resolved it within a day.
