Trustly: bank payments without entering a card
Trustly is an open-banking service that lets you pay straight from your bank account without entering card details. You choose your bank, identify yourself and approve the payment. Whether Valmo offers Trustly on your account is shown in the cashier.
Payment methods and limits depend on the account — check the cashier. We do not publish Valmo's minimums, fees or processing times, because they cannot be verified from a public source and may differ on your account.
Deposit with Trustly
- Choose Trustly in the cashier and enter the amount.
- Select your bank and log in with your bank's method.
- Choose the account to pay from and approve.
Trustly handles the payment; your bank login stays between the bank and Trustly. The casino sees only the confirmation.
Withdrawal
Where the operator supports Trustly payouts, money goes back to the account you paid from. That is convenient because the account is already identified. Waiting time depends on the operator's processing; once approved, money usually moves quickly.

A player started a Trustly payment, chose the bank, but identification broke off. They immediately tried again and made a second payment. It turned out the first payment had been reserved at the bank and arrived the next day — the account received double. If a payment breaks off, check your bank and wait before trying again.

Depositing via Trustly is fast and easy, which can also make overspending easy. Set a deposit limit on the casino account before using it regularly.

Write: account ID, Trustly confirmation number, bank, amount and time. If a payment went through twice, ask for the second to be refunded to the same account and for written confirmation.
