Bank transfer: slower, but the best documented
A bank transfer is the most traditional way to move money. It is often slower than cards or open banking, but it leaves the clearest trail: every transfer is recorded with recipient, amount and reference. In a dispute, that is an advantage.
Payment methods and limits depend on the account — check the cashier. We do not publish Valmo's minimums, fees or processing times, because they cannot be verified from a public source and may differ on your account.
Deposit by bank transfer
- Choose bank transfer in the cashier. It shows the recipient name, IBAN and a reference.
- Make the transfer in your online bank using exactly those details.
- Wait for the money to arrive. A SEPA transfer can take up to a banking day.
The reference matters: the operator uses it to match your payment to your account. Without it the payment may go unidentified.
Withdrawal to your IBAN
Bank transfer withdrawals go to an account in your name. Make sure the name on your Valmo account matches the bank account holder. Waiting time combines the operator's processing and the bank transfer; weekends and holidays can extend it.
What to check
| Check | Why |
|---|---|
| Recipient name | Must match the cashier |
| IBAN | One wrong digit sends money elsewhere |
| Reference | Links the payment to your account |
| Amount and currency | Same currency to avoid conversion fees |
If the transfer did not arrive
Check with your bank that the transfer was executed. If so, send support a copy of the payment order showing recipient, amount, date and reference. If it reached the operator without the right reference, ask for it to be matched to your account manually.
Illustrative example
A player made a transfer but forgot the reference shown in the cashier. The money reached the operator but not the account. The player sent the payment order PDF to support and asked for manual matching; after a check, the funds were credited. The reference is not a formality — it is how the payment is identified.
